About Epic Link

At the heart of Epic Link is a family owned and run business in the heart of the Blue Mountains. Libbi and son Reid have a

desire and passion for supporting individuals to create a pathway that will enable them to achieve their goals. They are highly qualified fitness instructors who are paving the way to a healthier life style with a personalised approach and utilising a range of training techniques.

Epic Links provides several services via a range of methods including group sessions of HIIT, Strength & Conditioning, Bootcamp, Boxing/ Kickboxing, and one-on-one personal training sessions, specialised training in running (trail, distance) and MTB.

LIBBI CLARKE

With over 15 years’ of experience in the Fitness Industry, Libbi recognises the challenges that face individuals seeking to embark on their wellness journey and those who are already on it. 

Having a broad range of wellness goals herself, over various life events, including staying fit whilst raising a young family to more individual events such as long-distance trail running, and traversing the Kokoda Trail in PNG, Libbi understands that a supportive voice and a well-thought-out plan is vital to reaching your goal.

Libbi is also a Specialized Ambassador, a role which has seen her support and develop women’s involvement and participation in cycling in various forms across the Blue Mountains.

Whilst covering all aspects of fitness, Libbi specialises in the following areas –

  • Cardio 

  • Weight Loss

  • Menstrual Cycle

  • Training participants 50+

  • Disability Training

  • Pregnancy

  • Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)

Libbi is also aware that nutrition is a key part of your journey, can offer guidance and advice to ensure a balanced approach.

REID CLARKE

- Reid’s motto -

‘It’s not all about the destination, it's about the journey getting there.’

He believes that the learnings along the way will ensure healthy behaviours are embedded in life.

Reids qualifications are attained from the Australian Institute of Fitness (AIF) 2022. He is a Master Trainer in,

• Fitness Coach

• Master Trainer Level 1

• SIS30315 Certificate III in Fitness

• SIS40215 Certificate IV in Fitness

His background in fitness extends over several years. Reid has participated in several demanding sporting arenas including Junior 1st Grade Rugby League, and State-level Cross Country MTB.

He recognised his passion and desire to support and guide others to achieve their well-being goals early.

Reid has expanded his skill area with Boxing/Kickboxing coaching and Athletic Programming. 

He is keen to assist others to find their link to a healthier life.

Libbi is now affiliated with Penrith Panthers
Rugby League Women’s

Libbi has been selected over many candidates to be one of the Panthers Rugby League Women's trainers alongside Karen Stuart head coach. She is part of the fabric of Panthers and plays a key role in player preparation and safety at all levels.

Role includes:

Being responsible for making sport safer for the women athletes that are participating. Teaching players how to prevent injuries using anatomical expertise, or curative, giving first aid, and ensuring injuries are tended to quickly and effectively.

What is the Panthers Rugby League Women's competition?

Aligned with the club’s built-from-within philosophy, Panthers is developing local talent to provide female players with a pathway into the club’s proposed inclusion in the NRLW competition. 

 

The historic new under-20s competition will be the only women's competition outside of the NRLW played through Winter in 2023. It will run parallel to the Junior Rugby League competition.

 

Players compete in Panthers jerseys, with each of the 6 teams selected in a different colour variation.  All players will receive Panthers apparel, and be involved in the Panthers Pathways system - which includes training, well-being, and education.
